Ate dinner at Abu's Jerusalem Restaurant (1978 E Farwell Ave, Milwaukee WI 53202, 414-277-0485) and had some great Falafels (their food tastes great, there is a lot of it, and it is cheap)... though they looked like meatballs... I have had them in a patty like form in the past and do not know what is traditional (please comment if you know or have an opinion). I really miss the ability to have ethnically diverse food when I am back in Hancock, MI... nothing but a dang "pasty", otherwise known as a lard sandwich.
Spent some time at Rochambo's (1317 E Brady St, Milwaukee WI 53202, 414-291-0096)... a nice tea/coffee/alcohol place with nicely painted tables and cool posters on the walls. I was able to have some nice sencha green tea.
Also, when it was getting late... near closing time... I went to The Node (1504 E North Ave, Milwaukee WI 53202, 414-431-9278), my favorite currently probably. It is 24 hrs with smoking (though I don't personally smoke, nor do I encourage it) and serves some decent tea (which they give you a lot of for a pint glass of tea with unlimited water, in my case being about 10 pints) and coffee of course. Got to finish my book and called it a night.
